Privacy policy

Haul N Hull ("we", "us") is based in Coomera, Gold Coast, Queensland. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you use our forms we collect your name, phone number and email address, details about your boat and the work you need, and anything else you choose to tell us. For trades, we also collect your business name, ABN, website and the work you do.

Why we collect it

We use boat owners' details to match their request with marine trades and to pass the request to those trades so they can contact you with quotes. We use trades' details to contact them about joining and to send them matching requests.

Who we share it with

With your consent, we share boat owner requests with the marine trades we match you with. Those trades handle your information under their own privacy practices. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

Marketing

We only send marketing emails if you tick the box to receive them. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Storage and security

Your information is stored with our web hosting provider and in our business email. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Our hosting provider may store data outside Australia.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@haulnhull.com. If you have a complaint about how we've handled your information, contact us first. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
